Hye Eun Choi

      Hye Eun Choi现任上海纽约大学韩语语言和文化教学助理教授。加入上海纽约大学前，她曾任哥伦比亚大学韩国基金会博士后研究员。Choi教授曾在在哥伦比亚大学、纽约大学和威廉帕特森大学兼职任教。她的专题著作，题目拟为Inventing Modern Sound Culture in Colonial Korea (1910-1945) ，是一部追溯殖民时期韩国唱片业诞生的多层次历史论述，揭示了一种新的声音文化在日本文化霸权和全球现代性潮流中的夹击下诞生的过程。
