徐曼（Man Xu）

      徐曼现任上海纽约大学公共政策实践助理教授。徐教授在明尼苏达大学汉弗莱公共事务学院获得公共政策方向公共事务博士学位，并同时在明尼苏达人口中心获得人口研究辅修学位。完成博士学位后，徐教授在纽约大学阿布扎比校园担任社会研究与公共政策博士后研究员。

      徐教授的研究工作主要聚焦于深化人们对种族、民族差异和阶级不平等问题的认识，并探讨这些不平等现象如何在人生的不同阶段相互交织和影响。她的研究重点在于分析劳动力市场中存在的不平等现象，以及在寄养、监禁、家庭结构和死亡等社会现象中所反映的不平等和差异问题。徐教授的研究建立在跨学科的视角之上，综合运用了公共政策、经济学和人口学等多个学科的理论和研究方法。
