NYU Shanghai’s new Class of 2023 includes 434 students from 39 different countries. Wang Zhiyang ’23 checks in with staff and receives his new student ID and room assignment. "NYU Shanghai opens the door for me to explore past and present Chinese culture, all while being surrounded by passionate, intellectual, and growing minds,” Mazur said. “I’m excited to see what’s in store for China’s future, and how that will affect all of us."
